Six days each school year are dedicated to the analysis of student data. This extremely valuable time is spent looking at our common assessments examining the instructional strategies that our students needed to succeed on these learning checkpoints. In our elementary schools, we use this time to create Individualized Reading Instruction Plans to ensure any reading deficit is addressed within the general classroom. In our secondary classrooms, we use this time to review our common assessment data and our MSTEP data to ensure all learning expectations are met. This process has led our middle school social studies to great success. We also use this time to study our resources. This time is meant to ensure that our teachers have the tools they need to succeed. While all of our curriculum is paced and resources are assigned, they may not meet our needs. Our teachers and administrators appreciate the community's support for our learning needs as we strive to improve our educational practices.
